RETURNS

Returns MUST be requested and if eligible, post marked within 7 days of the date you received your order. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns will ONLY be accepted on unworn, unwashed items. Items that appear to have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hair, odors, ect., will not be accepted.

 

All preorders are FINAL SALE. Preorders are specially made to order items and I only order exactly what customer orders.

 

  • Coupon codes must be presented or entered at the time of purchase. I cannot refund you for a coupon code that was not used, but you are more than welcome to use the code on an additional purchase. I do not accept expired coupons or coupon codes.

 

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

 

 

Damages:
I do my very best to inspect every piece of clothing before shipping it out. If you receive a damaged item, I truly apologize for this. Do not open your packages with scissors. If you cut an item while trying to remove your packaging I am NOT responsible.

  • All items received must be inspected and reported within 48 hours of receiving your item.

  • No exceptions

  • If you receive a damaged item please email a picture and description to dwdesigns500@gmail.com  and I will get back in contact with you in 24-48 hours.

  • If requesting a return, please include the order number, your name, email address and reason for the return. Return requests without this information will not be accepted.

  • If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, then you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge. I will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days the items will be donated to charity.

  • Does Dwdesigns ship internationally
    Unfortunately, at this time Dwdesigns only ships within the United States with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, I am constantly looking for ways to expand my services and may offer international shipping in the future. Please check my website periodically for updates on availability.   • How long does it take to get a custom iron on from Dwdesigns?
    The time it takes to receive a custom iron on from Dwdesigns depends on various factors. If you are customizing a design from something you found on the website, the typical turnaround time is 24 hours. However, if you want a design created from scratch, it may take around 48 hours. Once the design is approved, shipping usually takes 3-5 days. Therefore, the total turnaround time from design to delivery is about 7-8 days. I take pride in providing excellent service and delivering high-quality products to my customers in a timely manner.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
